A wetroom is a type of bathroom that features entirely waterproof walls and floor, allowing for a shower that is on the same level as the floor. For anyone with mobility problems, this can be a life-saver, but it is also a wonderful aesthetic choice for a modern bathroom that is both beautiful and a space saver.

The flexibility of this option allows you to choose a walk-in enclosure for your shower or even to have it entirely open to the rest of the space. The benefits for those with mobility problems are obvious – being able to walk into a shower (even with the addition of other mobility aids such as shower seats and rails) can mean the difference between independence and reliance.

For anyone with a small or awkward space, a wetroom offers the option of a full bathroom even when there is no room for a bath. The toilet, sink and shower can all be in one area, saving huge amounts of space.

We are happy to build a wetroom on any level of your home and in any size space. We will work with you to design the best layout for your wetroom, taking into account any mobility concerns and to make the most of the available space.

Our fitters then take special care to create a fully tanked and waterproof shell before any bathroom fittings are added. This includes concrete channels that act as drains for ground floor installations.

All floors are fully waterproofed and angled towards drains to eliminate pooling water, which can be unsafe. Our tilers then step in to add colour and texture to the room, giving it a feeling of luxury.
